Ian Greengross
For more than 30 years, I've advised athletes, coaches, executives, and analytics professionals across football and hockey — helping clients navigate contracts, career decisions, leadership opportunities, and the business of sports.
That work spans top-ten NFL draft picks, Super Bowl and Stanley Cup champions, long-tenured specialists, and head coaches at the highest level of both sports. The roster stays deliberately small so every client works directly with me.

About Ian
Experience at the negotiating table
Ian Greengross is a Chicago-based sports agent and attorney with more than 30 years of experience advising professional athletes, coaches, executives, and analytics professionals. He has been an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor since 2003 and is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law.
His work spans NFL contract and career representation, NHL and AHL coaching and management negotiations, and the emerging market for sports data scientists. Ian combines legal training, salary-cap knowledge, and long-standing league relationships with direct, personal counsel at every stage of a client's career.
He was among a select group of agents to represent a first-round NFL Draft pick in three consecutive years, including Darren McFadden and Amobi Okoye. In hockey, his work centers on coaches, executives, and hockey operations professionals—not player representation.
